Biography: Paul Gaillard was born on April 17, 1918 in Los Angles, California. He graduated from Davis, California, High School in 1936 and from the University of California Berkeley in 1940. Paul served in the Navy during World War II. When he left the Navy he was a Lt. Commander. Paul and Mary Jeanne were married in 1943 and divorced in 1967. Paul and Gaynell Nance were married in 1969 in Bedford, Virginia. He worked over 25 years A.T.&T. and now is Vice President of Northwestern Bell Telephone Co (1971).
